Booking conditions and payment terms

Reservations become effective on receipt of the signed rental contract and a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday. The balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the holiday.

The total amount of the stay is due if the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period.

Please make all payments by bank transfer. We only accept cheques for the security deposit.

A security deposit of €150 (cheque or cash) will be required on arrival.

The price includes all utilities (water/electricity/Wifi), bed linen and towels. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (optional fee of €40).

The compulsory tourist tax of €1.10 per night per adult (aged 18 and over) is not included in the rental price and will be charged extra.
